Tara Latimer is the owner of Essential Signing Services, a leading, Rhode Island-based provider of amenities notary public and signing agent services for the mortgage industry, a company she founded and has directed all of its operations since 2016. Tara skillfully assists her clients from the start of a loan closing till the end. This critical responsibility involves handling complex documents and requires a laser focus attention to details. As a certified signing agent, Tara is able to expedite the lengthy documentation process, help make sure all critical documents are filled out properly by clients including signatures, dates, uniform residential applications, 4506T and ensure loans are processed seamlessly and closed successfully in a timely manner.

About Tara
Tara has over twelve years of customer service experience and seven years of supervisory and management practice, especially in the healthcare industry. Prior to starting her own company, she held senior-level positions for companies such as the New England Healthcare Employees Union, and Bannister Nursing care center. During that period a personal tragedy struck while caring for her sick sister and being wholly engaged in taking care of her family she was determined to start her own business and achieved that goal. Sadly her sister has since passed on February 9, 2018, from Tripple negative breast cancer. She is Tara’s inspiration for seeing the strong need for mobile notary services.
She became a member of the National Notary Association for educational purposes and the best notary public and signing agent practices of laws.
Essential Signing Agent Services came from the result of her passion for helping people. Tara is a notary public commissioned in the county of Providence the State of Rhode by the Governor of the State of Rhode Island. She has also been duly certified as a Loan Signing Agent by the National Notary Association. Tara prides herself on being very professional, detail-oriented, customer-friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. She uses her interpersonal skills, her renowned integrity, her flexibility, and her positive disposition to assist her valued clients diligently.
